Tetra Planner expands into Program Planning

  • The capabilities of Tetra Planner® have expanded to include Program Planning.

Multiple Projects

  • Customers have the ability to configure multiple Projects under one or more Programs.
  • This allows for cross-project analysis of the effort hours, resource requirements, and costs of the entire Program.
  • A much broader view of the impacts stemming from your Projects.

"Global" Skill Sets

  • Skill Sets have become "global", unique to a Program but shared across Projects.
  • This allows for an expanded view of potential Skill Set constraints.
  • An FTE Capacity Value can be maintained per Skill Set and violations (i.e. over allocations) can be tracked.

 Collaboration

  • Projects can be shared among users through new importing and exporting functionality.
  • This allows for multiple users to collaborate and create projects, which can then be assembled under one or more programs for analysis.
