Project Triangle

Tetra Planner® is designed to capitalize on the simple, yet effective, project triangle.

We expand upon this principle by including a fourth aspect considered in the estimating and planning process - Skill Sets.

The project triangle principle establishes that all projects consist of three aspects: schedule, scope, and cost.

These aspects correlate directly with one another, and a change in one will have an impact on the other two.

Skill Sets play a key role in the completion of any project, and can clearly impact the other three project aspects.

This fourth aspect transforms the project triangle into a tetrahedron. A well-planned project will have an appropriate balance of all four.
